Delo Home Textiles is a custom duvet manufacturer in Lu'an, Anhui, China, founded in 2017. We produce wholesale comforters and duvets for private label brands in North America and Europe—from cooling comforters in current production to wool-blend duvets now in development.
Filled and Quilted Bedding Is Our Core Work
Duvets and comforters are where material choice, filling distribution and quilting decide the product. This is the work our factory is built around: 11 quilting machines, filling equipment and two sewing teams under one roof.
Four product lines sit in this category. Cooling comforters are in regular production. Down alternative comforters are our recommended new line for volume programs. Wool-blend duvets are in development. Down and feather duvets—our original category since 2017—are available on request with current specifications confirmed per inquiry.
Every program runs OEM: your fabric, your filling weight, your quilting pattern, your label. Typical MOQ is approximately 300 pieces, confirmed per order.
