OEM & Private Label Bedding, Built Around Your Specification

Send us an idea, a reference sample or a full tech pack. We turn it into production-ready bedding—custom bedding with your fabric, your filling, your quilting pattern, your labels and your packaging. Typical OEM MOQ starts at approximately 300 pieces. Samples in about 7 days after specifications are confirmed.

THREE STARTING POINTS

Start From Whatever You Have

You do not need a finished spec sheet to begin. As an OEM bedding services partner, we work from three starting points:

01

An Idea

Describe the product, the market and the price point you are aiming at. We review feasibility and propose materials, construction and a target cost range before any sampling.

02

A Reference Sample

Send us a product you want to match or improve. We analyze its fabric, filling, dimensions and workmanship, then quote to the same standard—or a better one.

03

A Tech Pack

Already have drawings, BOM and tolerances? We review the tech pack line by line, flag any production risks, and move straight to material confirmation and sampling.

CUSTOMIZATION

What You Can Customize

As a private label bedding manufacturer, we adjust the product to your program—not the other way around. Depending on the project, options include:

Fabric

composition, weave, GSM or thread count, sourced to your target hand-feel and price point

Filling

down and feather, down alternative, wool blends, glass-bead weighted fills and more

Dimensions

finished sizes by market: US, EU, UK, AU or your own size chart

Fabric & filling weight

GSM, fill weight and fill power tuned to season and climate

Quilting patterns

box stitch, channel, diamond, wave or your custom pattern

Colors & surface finishes

solid dyeing, printing, brushed or peach-skin finishes

Labels

woven brand labels, care labels and law labels for your destination market

Inserts

printed insert cards, hangtags and brand booklets

Retail packaging

polybags, zippered fabric bags, vacuum or compressed packing, retail boxes

Barcodes & carton marks

UPC/EAN barcodes, FNSKU labels and shipping marks per your routing guide

Final feasibility of each option is confirmed after a technical review of your specification.

MOQ & SAMPLING

MOQ & Sampling, In Plain Numbers

~300 pieces

MOQ — from approximately 300 pieces

Our typical OEM MOQ starts at approximately 300 pieces, so brands can test a focused launch without committing to a container load. The final MOQ is confirmed per order, based on material availability, color, dimensions, construction and packaging. Custom dyeing, printing or private-label packaging may require a higher MOQ.

~7 days

Sampling — about 7 days

For standard projects, sample development typically takes about 7 days after specifications and materials are confirmed. Sample cost and courier charges are confirmed before sampling begins, and sample fees are discussed case by case—often credited against a confirmed bulk order. Custom bedding bulk production starts only after you approve the pre-production sample and written specification.

OEM FAQ

OEM Questions, Answered First

1.What is your MOQ for private label bedding?
Approximately 300 pieces for standard specifications. The final MOQ depends on fabric availability, color, dimensions, construction and packaging, and is confirmed per order. Custom dyeing, printing or private-label packaging may raise the minimum.
2. Can you work from my tech pack?
Yes. Send drawings, BOM and tolerances and we review them line by line before material confirmation and sampling. If your spec is incomplete, we help organize the key requirements—fabric, dimensions, filling, labels and packing—before quoting.
3. How long do sampling and bulk production take?
Sampling typically takes about 7 days after specifications and materials are confirmed. Bulk production is commonly around 30 days after sample approval, order confirmation and material readiness. Both are reference timeframes; the final schedule is confirmed for each order.
