1. What OEM, ODM, and private-label services do you offer?

As an OEM and ODM home textile manufacturer, we develop private-label bedding and other home textile products for importers, wholesalers, retailers, hospitality groups, and e-commerce brands. We can work from your tech pack, reference sample, artwork, or initial concept. Custom options may include fiber composition, weave, yarn count or GSM, size, color, printing, embroidery, quilting, filling, woven labels, care labels, insert cards, retail packaging, and carton marks. Final feasibility is confirmed after a technical review.

2. What information do you need to provide an accurate quotation?

Please send the product name or reference image, fabric composition and construction, GSM or thread count where applicable, finished dimensions, quantity by size and color, artwork or branding requirements, packaging details, destination country or port, target delivery date, and preferred Incoterm. If your specification is not yet complete, our team can help organize the key requirements before preparing a quotation.

3. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ), and do you accept trial orders?

MOQ depends on the product, fabric availability, color, construction, printing or embroidery method, labels, and packaging. Standard specifications made with available materials can usually support a lower trial quantity, while custom dyeing, printing, jacquard weaving, or private-label packaging may require a higher MOQ. MOQ is normally reviewed by SKU, size, and color rather than by the total order alone. Share your expected quantity and repeat-order plan, and we will recommend a workable option.

4. Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?

Yes. We can provide an available reference sample or develop a custom sample based on your material, color, dimensions, workmanship, artwork, and packaging requirements. Sample cost, courier charges, and development time are confirmed before sampling begins. For customized orders, bulk production starts only after the pre-production sample and written specifications have been approved.

5. What are your sample and bulk production lead times?

Lead time is confirmed for each project. Sample timing depends on fabric availability, color development, construction, printing, embroidery, and packaging requirements. The bulk production schedule starts after the sample, written specification, artwork, packaging, order quantity, and agreed payment milestone are confirmed. Custom materials, complex workmanship, large orders, or peak-season production may require additional time, while repeat orders using approved specifications may be completed faster.

6. How do you ensure product quality, compliance, and repeat-order consistency?

Quality is controlled against the approved sample and written specification from incoming materials through cutting, sewing, quilting or filling, finishing, and packing. Depending on the product, checks may cover fiber composition, fabric weight or thread count, color and shade consistency, finished dimensions and tolerances, stitching, shrinkage, colorfastness, filling weight, needle detection, labels, and packaging. The approved specification is also used as the reference for repeat orders. We can cooperate with buyer-appointed or independent third-party inspection and testing. Current certificates or test reports are provided only when they apply to the relevant factory, material, product, and order.

7. What packaging, payment, and international shipping options do you support?

Packaging can be developed for wholesale supply, hospitality projects, retail shelves, e-commerce fulfillment, or private-label programs. Options may include bulk packing, polybags, vacuum or compressed packing, fabric or zippered bags, insert cards, barcodes, retail boxes, and custom carton marks, subject to product and packaging MOQ. Samples can be sent by express, while bulk orders may move by sea, rail, air, or another agreed method. Available payment terms, Incoterms, included freight services, required export documents, and the estimated shipment date will be stated clearly in the quotation, proforma invoice, or sales contract.
