Inside Our Factory: Equipment, Process and Quality Control
A factory page should show facts, not adjectives. Ours: 3,000 m², 43 production workers, 11 quilting machines, 35 sewing machines, and a bedding quality control process that runs from incoming materials to packed cartons. Everything below is what a buyer would check on a factory visit.
*Approximate capacity under a standard product mix. Actual capacity varies with construction, materials and order mix, and is reviewed before an order is confirmed.
EQUIPMENT
Equipment on Our Floor
Quilting, template and programmable sewing, filling, conventional sewing, pressing, needle detection and roll packing are all completed in-house—the processes that most directly affect construction and workmanship stay under our own roof. That is what buyers mean when they ask for a bedding manufacturer with in-house quilting.
TRANSPARENCY
What Happens In-House, and What Does Not
We do not claim every step is in-house. You get one project contact and one coordinated schedule, while the boundary between our own production and supplier-supported processes stays clear. For buyers planning a bedding factory audit, this split is exactly what we walk through first.
QUALITY CONTROL
Quality Managed Against an Approved Standard
Bedding quality control starts before production does. The approved sample and the written product specification are the reference standard for bulk production and every repeat order. Before production, materials, dimensions, weight, workmanship, labels and packing are confirmed in writing.
THIRD-PARTY VERIFICATION
Third-Party Inspection and Testing
Buyer-appointed third-party inspection and laboratory testing can be arranged on request—SGS, TÜV, Intertek, BV or your nominated agent. The inspection standard, sampling method, test items, acceptance criteria, timing and cost are confirmed in writing before production starts, so results are measured against the agreed order standard, not a moving target.
We do not advertise certifications we have not verified for your specific product and order. Current certificates or test reports are provided only when they apply to the relevant factory, material, product and order.
