OUR STORY

From Down Bedding to Functional Sleep Textiles

Delo began with down and feather home textiles. As customer needs developed, we expanded into quilting, template and programmable sewing, filling, conventional sewing, finishing inspection and product packing.

Today our focus is functional and mid-to-high-end sleep textiles—products where material selection, filling distribution, quilting, seam construction and wash performance directly affect the customer experience. Our production experience includes weighted blankets, cooling comforters, weighted sleep masks and other complex filled-and-sewn products. As a weighted blanket OEM factory in China, we have supported product development and OEM production for established sleep brands serving North American and European markets.

Our current development directions include cooling quilted mattress pads, washable wool-blend duvets and stretch-ruched faux-rabbit-fur reversible throws. We concentrate on products that match our real manufacturing strengths instead of presenting an oversized catalogue of unrelated categories.

our story

HOW WE PRODUCE

Manufacturing-Led, Supply-Chain Coordinated

Our OEM model combines controlled in-house production with specialist supply-chain coordination. Quilting, template and programmable sewing, filling, conventional sewing, pressing, needle detection and roll packing—the processes that most directly affect construction and workmanship—are managed at our own facility. Fabric weaving, dyeing, printing and selected finishing are coordinated with three established specialist partners.

TRADE SHOWS

Meet Us in Person

We exhibit at international home textile trade shows and meet buyers face to face several times a year. If you plan to visit a show in China or Europe, message us ahead—we will bring the samples that match your product line.

HOW WE WORK

A Practical Partner for Focused Launches and Repeat Orders

We work best with buyers who value clear specifications, responsive communication and realistic production planning. Whether you are testing a focused first order or preparing an established design for repeat production, our team reviews product feasibility, materials, MOQ, quality requirements and timing before providing a proposal.

Our goal is straightforward: make the product feasible, make the specification clear, and make the order easier to manage from sample to shipment.

Let's Discuss Your Next Product

Send us your product drawing, reference sample, specification or initial idea—together with the preferred material, size, target quantity, destination market and expected timeline. We will review the project and recommend the next practical step for sampling and quotation.
